Hi all,
A little change from normal this week. Haunted Waters Press accepted my piece The Puddle for their Spring issue. So please click through the link and have a read. Please comment on the story here. Comments on the magazine itself seem to be disabled. Feel free to read the other stories in the issue too.
Also have a special Friday flash next week with an original art piece.
Congratulations on the pub, Craig, The layout over there looks very neat. Unfortunately I can't get their comments to work at all. 'COMMENTS' is greyed out and doesn't respond to clicking. Does one have to sign up for an account?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the publication. I too couldn't leave a comment there, but I thought it a good story, very entertaining. We could all do with a puddle like that one! ^_^
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Craig.
ReplyDeleteI wonder where on earth that pink elephant got to? I mean, it's not like losing a set of door keys, is it? :)
Nice one. Congrats on the pub!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the publication. And thanks for following my blog and the comment. I really enjoyed reading your story. Where did the pink elephant go? :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the publication! The puddle is such a fresh idea and I like how he uses it with a childish delight. Too bad about the drunken neighbors.
ReplyDeleteCongrats and nicely done!
ReplyDeleteI could use one of those puddles. Turn me into someone without a gut or gout. :-D
A simple idea beautifully executed - it's usually the simple ideas that make the best stories. Congratulations on being published in such a well presented online magazine
ReplyDeleteGreat fun! Loved the wife turning up as Brad Pitt. The journal is great and so well presented. Well done Craig!
ReplyDelete@Helen Thanks and I fully agree!
ReplyDelete@Steve Thanks! Haha I wonder too.
@Tim Thanks!
@Marilyn Thank you. I suspect the magic wore off and the transgressor woke up with a major headache.
@Aidan Me too, so much fun cut way too soon.
@Larry Thanks! I will let you know if I come across one ;)
@Gail Thank you. I love it when they work nicely.
@flyingscribbler thank you! I enjoyed that bit too. Agreed, I hope to be published with them again sometime soon.
